There is an option with Oneserve that allows data from Comma Separated Value (CSV) file to be uploaded into the application. This will only be required if there is a large bulk of data to be imported, and this will be carried out by the Oneserve support staff.
Currently there are a number of types of data that we will import for you but the process is the same for them all.
To ensure the data can be uploaded correctly and quickly we will ask you to add your data to our standard templates.
Site and Contact Imports
Instead of raising every site and contact manually we can add them to the system in one import. This will include all the properties you will be responsible for. After the import you will be able to raise new sites with a contact whilst you create a new job or the add site/contact form.
