Adding to Your Visual Gallery



The Visual Gallery is a tool you can use to store tables and charts to be called on when using dashboards. The information in the visuals will update in real-time, so the visual will always contain the most up-to-date information.


As you create tables and charts, you will see an Add to Visual Gallery icon, as shown below circled in red.


When you click on the icon, you'll be prompted for a title and description. These, and a thumbnail image of your visual, are stored in your personal Visual Gallery.


You can see, manage and use your Visual Gallery items when using either the Dashboard and/or Report design tools.
