Searching for Documents


The document search page can be used to locate what jobs has a file attached. You can filter the results by Created Date and Category

User Type Rights - Tools [ADMIN_TOOLS] and Documents [DDO]

  1. Go to the Admin menu then select Documents. 
  2. Enter the From and To date for the created date field
  3. Select the type of document you need to search for using the Category field
  4. Tick the boxes for 'Include Job Documents' and 'Include General Documents'
  5. Use the Go button to search for the documents
  6. To export the data you can use the excel link 
  7. To view the document from individual jobs select any where on the relevant line of the table, this will download the document ready for you to open in the relevant software package.
