Summary
Site contacts are an important part of all work carried out on Oneserve. When jobs are created against a site, the site contact is set up to receive any notifications sent out as part of the work and is generally used as the primary point of contact for the site. Site contact details can also be viewed in the mobile application to allow engineers to correspond directly with a client.
