Summary
Notifications can be set up to be sent per appointment rather than at a specific point in a workflow. This can be useful if you have certain work types that will require multiple appointments on specific statuses.

Adding a Notification Group to a Work Type
- Click on the cog icon to access the admin menu
- Select "Work Types" from the "Jobs" menu
- Select the work type you'd like to edit to bring up the details screen
- Click on the edit icon in the top left to start editing the work type
- Under the "Settings" section, select a notification group to be sent out and toggle "Send notifications" to
ON

Removing a Notification Group From a Work Type
- Click on the cog icon to access the admin menu
- Select "Work Types" from the "Jobs" menu
- Select the work type you'd like to edit to bring up the details screen
- Click on the edit icon in the top left to start editing the work type
- Under the "Settings" section, click the
x
next to the notification group to clear it and toggle "Send notifications" toOFF
