Managing Groups and Sharing

Summary

Views are saved into groups to make it easier to arrange and view the individual search views. You can change the viewing order, share a group, or delete a group.

Grouping Views

As your list of views grows you may want to organise them into groups for ease of navigation. To facilitate this we have provided View Groups. View Groups appear as headings on the left hand side with views displaying underneath.

Click on the group to view the search views within that group.

Managing Groups

If you select the cog icon in the Groups and Views menu, you can access the "Manage Groups and Views" menu. Here, you can change group names, manage user type access, and rearrange search views.

By clicking on the view name you can review the settings for the group.

Under the Group name you can change the name if required.

You can move views in or out of the group by dragging the view name.After any changes click the save buttons for the changes to take affect.

Adding Groups

  1. Navigate to the "Manage Groups and Views" menu
  2. Click on the Create New Group button
  3. Enter the name of the new group and click Save
  4. The new group will appear in the list

Sharing Groups

  1. Navigate to the "Manage Groups and Views" menu
  2. Find the group you wish to share and click on the share icon next to it
  3. Select the user types you wish to share the

Deleting Groups

  1. Navigate to the "Manage Groups and Views" menu
  2. Select the cross icon next to the group you would like to remove.
