1. To check to see if the priority used on a job is an emergency priority, go to the Admin menu and select the Priorities link.
2. Find the priority that is listed on the job. If there is a green tick in the emergency column this means it is an emergency priority.
3. You can change the details by selecting the row you wish to edit. You will be taken to the following screen. Click the pencil to edit.
4. Change the details on the form and click the green tick to save.
