When you create a job on Oneserve a number a job details are automatically selected depending on the information you use. These settings can be modified to automate the assignment of job details such as surveys and clients, as well as limit activities and other variables to certain work log types so that you can retain control over all areas of jobs in your system with minimal administrative effort.
When a job is created, you will be prompted to select the work log type. This will be associated with different work types which holds the job settings.
Against the work type you can control usage type, services, priorities, causes, workflow and default supplier. These broadly follow the layout shown in the diagram below:
