Mobile Licenses

Within Oneserve you can review how many mobile licenses you have available and how many you have used. Your used licenses will be counted by active users who have a resource attached.


If you would like to purchase more licenses, please call Oneserve on 01392 367 367. Alternatively, consider deactivating licenses on users that are no longer required.

  • Under the Admin menu, select Users & Permissions -> Users
  • To deactivate a user:
    1. Select the pencil next to the user
    2. Un-tick the enabled button and click on update.
    3. Alternatively, remove the name in the mobile resource box.
