Summary
Within Oneserve you can review how many mobile licenses you have available and how many you have used. Your used licenses will be counted by active users who have a resource attached.
If you would like to purchase more licenses, please raise a support ticket. Alternatively, consider deactivating licenses on users that are no longer required.
Guide
- Under the Admin menu, select Users & Permissions -> Users
- To deactivate a user:
- Select the pencil next to the user
- Un-tick the enabled button and click on update.
- Alternatively, remove the name in the mobile resource box.
