Multiple Contacts on the Mobile

You can set the mobile to review multiple contacts from the site. This can be useful for your engineers to have more then one contact to communicate with if there is an issue. 

 

As a default you will see one preferred contact on the mobile.

 

If you have multiple contacts on the site you can review all details on the mobile. You need to have a client param called 'Include Site Contacts on mobile' turned on. This is something our support team can do for you. Please contact support@oneserve.co.uk if you would like the feature turned on.

 

 

When the multiple contacts has been turned on you will be able to see all contacts on the mobile. The contact in blue will be your preferred contact that has been set against the site.
