RAG Pot Example

RAG pots can display the overall status of your jobs to show if they are within or out of target. You can create three pots to display Red, Amber and Green jobs.

The three examples below use supplierType for Direct but you could use subcontractor as well.

Green

You can use the green dashboard to show jobs at a particular stage and within target

jobStatusGroup in ('Pending','In Progress') means it will pick up the multiple job status that are in this group.

and workLogType in ('Responsive') you can specify one or multiple work log types if you want to combine your jobs into one view. Work Log types are selected when you create a job.

and targetDate>dtoff(2d) This will compare the target date on the job with the current date. It will show jobs if the target date is in 2 days or more. EG if the date is 1/10/2014 it will show jobs with a target date of 3/10/2014 and anything past this date. You can change the (2d) to be any number

order by targetDate asc or order by targetDate desc will control the order of the results.

supplierType in ('Direct') and jobStatusGroup in ('Pending','In Progress') and workLogType in ('Responsive') and targetDate > dtoff(2d) order by targetDate asc

Amber

Amber can show jobs that have a target date of the current date and the jobs that need to be completed in the next few days.

and targetDate > now() and targetDate < dtoff(2d) this phrase will bring back jobs with the target date of today and jobs with a target date for the next 2 days. you can change the (2d) to be higher or lower but you will need to amend the green view so jobs do not appear in both groups. If you change it to be (3d) the green pot will need the following to end in (3d) and targetDate>dtoff(3d)

supplierType in ('Direct') and jobStatusGroup in ('Pending','In Progress') and workLogType in ('Responsive') and targetDate > now() and targetDate < dtoff(2d) order by targetDate asc

Red

Red can show jobs where the target day has passed. It will use the current date and time to calculate if the target date has been missed.

supplierType in ('Direct') and jobStatusGroup in ('Pending','In Progress') and workLogType in ('Responsive') and targetDate < now() order by targetDate asc
