Priority Exclusion Dates
Priorities in Oneserve can be used to calculate a target date for completion on a job. Priorities can be set to exclude different days of the week or you can use the exclusion date functionality for particular dates. This functionality is particularly useful for bank holidays because you can make sure jobs do not go out of target whilst your company has a global day off. Priorities are assigned to Work Types.
User Type Right: Exclusion Dates [EXCLUSION_DATE] provides access to the Exclusion Dates page in the Admin menu.
Creating a new Exclusion Date
- Click the Settings icon to open the Admin page.
- In the Jobs section, select Exclusion Dates.
- Exclusion Dates already allocated will appear on the left.
- Use the Add Date field to find the date you need to exclude. You can add multiple dates which will appear in date order.
Next, activate Exclusion Dates against your Priorities.
