There are two documents attached which will assist you with your system testing.
The attachment called Testing Plan outlines the steps for general system testing - you can test the areas that are appropriate to your business.
If we identify an urgent bug within the system, we will pass the feedback to our development team to investigate. We will not be able to work on enhancement requests during the testing and upgrade period.
If you have any issues whilst testing, please let us know as soon as possible. There is a feedback form attached which will help show the information we need to investigate any problems you may have. Please send it to Notifications@oneserve.co.uk
