To log in to the new mobile application, you will first need to create a user account using the Oneserve desktop application.
- Open the Admin Menu
- Click on "Users" under the "Users and Permissions" tab
- Open an existing user, or click on the '+' icon to create a new user account
- The email address will be mandatory as this will used for the "Reset Password" functionality on the mobile home page
- The user will require a "Mobile Team" and "Mobile Resource" to be set
When the user logs in to the mobile application, it will show the appointments scheduled to the "Mobile Resource" linked to he user account. A user only have resource account assigned.
