The Oneserve Mobile application allows operatives to view upcoming and previously completed work in order to help with scheduling. Users can swipe through the appointment list page to change the date, or use the calendar option in the top right corner to select a day.
Day Views
Future Appointments
By default, the mobile application is set to display two days in the future. The value used for this setting does not include the current day's appointments as this cannot be blank. For example: if the future appointments value is set to 3, it would show all appointments up to Thursday on a Monday.
Previous Appointments
By default, the mobile application is set to display two days in the past. The value used for this setting does not include the current day's appointments as this cannot be blank. For example, if the future appointments value is set to 3, it will show back to and including Tuesday on a Friday. If appointments are outstanding and are further in the past, they will be added to a page called "Overdue Appointments". In Progress jobs in this section will be displayed in date order.
Future Days to be Displayed on a Friday
By default, the mobile application is set to display 5 working days in the future. This will allow users to view upcoming jobs for the next week when they finish on Friday. If an operative works Monday to Friday, the view will discount Saturday and Sunday as non-working time and show all the way through to the next Friday. If they have working time or appointment set up on the weekend, this will be included in the count.
