A Simple, 3-Step Guide  

Grab your mobile, make a cup of tea and follow this simple three-step guide to get up and running in minutes. 

 

 

Step 1: Download the app 

From your mobile device, navigate to the app store, search for and download the 'Oneserve Mobile' app. Further guidance on how do do this can be found here if required.

 

 

Step 2: Check user details 

In order to login to the application, all users will need to have a valid email and resource set against their user account in Oneserve.  A guide on how to update this can be found here if needed. 

 

 

Step 3: Set a password & login

The first time that a user logins in, they will need to set a new password app. This can be done via the mobile app by clicking on the 'Forgot your password?' link at the bottom of the login page. The 'Company name' field will need to be populated with the name from your Oneserve application and the username is the same as user name for the current mobile site.  More information on this process can be found here if required.  

 

Once you've set a password, you should be able to log in and start viewing appointments. If you have any problems or need help please reach out to our support team who will be happy to assist.
