Important Notice: Oneserve ‘Classic’ Mobile removal of service

Today (12th October) we're announcing that from the 1st March 2021 we will be removing the Oneserve mobile web app (classic mobile) from service.

All users of the Oneserve ‘classic’ mobile will need to transition to use our new native mobile app (which many of you have already done) before this date. We will be removing the old mobile web app shortly after 1st March 2021 so your operatives will not be able to continue using this version after this date.

 

New mobile is ready for you 

The new mobile app has progressed a long way in the past year and now offers all the core functionality of the classic mobile app, plus a host of other new helpful features. The user experience is highly intuitive and an enhanced level of security. You can find out more about the features and benefits of our new mobile app via our help pages here.

 

What do you need to do now?

If some or all of your mobile team are still using our classic mobile app, then they must move to use the new version before 1st March 2021. Field teams will not be able to log into or use the classic mobile web application after this date. We recommend that all users have migrated in advance of this date to enable to support a seamless continuation of service. 

 

Key dates

  • October 2020: Notification of date for service deprecation of the Oneserve 'classic' mobile site 

  • October 2020- February 2021: Oneserve System Admin to plan and commence and complete setup and migration of users to the new mobile application. 

  • March 1, 2021: Oneserve classic mobile will be removed from service.
