The Oneserve mobile application allows operatives to add new activities to appointments on-the-go, enabling them to work efficiently and accurately.

Guide

Adding Activities

  • Open an "In Progress" appointment

  • Navigate to the "Work" tab to show all activities

  • Tap on the '+' icon to bring up the additive menu

  • Select "Activities" to bring up a list of relevant activities

  • You can then use the '+' and '-' buttons to select the required number of activities

  • Select the required number of activities and tap the tick in the top right to save

Searching Activities

  • When in the activities screen, tap on the "Search" bar at the top
  • Enter your search query to filter the results. You can search by activity name or code

  • Select the required number of activities and tap the tick in the top right to save
