The Oneserve mobile application allows operatives to add new activities to appointments on-the-go, enabling them to work efficiently and accurately.

Adding Activities
- Open an "In Progress" appointment
- Navigate to the "Work" tab to show all activities
- Tap on the '+' icon to bring up the additive menu
- Select "Activities" to bring up a list of relevant activities
- You can then use the '+' and '-' buttons to select the required number of activities
- Select the required number of activities and tap the tick in the top right to save

Searching Activities
- When in the activities screen, tap on the "Search" bar at the top
- Enter your search query to filter the results. You can search by activity name or code
- Select the required number of activities and tap the tick in the top right to save
