Recording Stock Purchased





If operatives are purchasing stock in the field, they can record the purchase and add the parts into their van stock from the mobile app. 



To enable this feature: 

  • Please raise a request with the Oneserve product or support team
  • Users will need to have access to van stock
  • User will require the user type right:
  • [Receive Parts on Mobile] - Display quantity purchased field on mobile

Note:  Mobile users will need to have an internet connection to the use this feature.  



  • Navigate to the Van Stock page from the bottom navigation bar
  • Select the part purchase
  • Note: Out of stock items can be viewed by toggling the switch to show 'Out of Stock Parts'



  • Enter the quantity purchased
  • Enter an optional 'Purchase ref' and Van Stock location if required
  • Select the 'tick' to confirm and submit the form 



  • The Van Stock page will now display the new part quantity
  • This will also be updated in the Desktop application
  • Parts can now be used and recorded against Jobs and Appointments




Please note: This functionality is only available to users when they have a connection to the internet.
